I overheard my business partner on the phone the other day explaining something to a client which really summed it all up so well…

Someone needed a small job printed at the last minute and was obviously feeling bad about begging the favour. Nic explained that although we have some large clients who are able to send us lovely big jobs, the success of Hot Ink is due to the fact that we have an enormous amount of small clients who print with us – some on a very regular basis, and some only now and again. Some are students printing for the first time, some work for small businesses and some are just printing personal projects. But it’s the cumulative result of all that those little jobs that keeps us busy and makes us successful in a highly competitive industry.  So we would like to say a big Thank You to each and every person who has ever done business with us – big or small – it all adds up and your custom is always appreciated…
